For your convenience, we have designed a variety of Customs forms which can be accessed with Adobe Systems Incorporated's free Acrobat Reader. With Acrobat Reader installed on your computer you will be able to view, fill out and print any of the available forms listed below.
- Canada Customs Invoice.
- Certificate of Origin - North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
- Statement of Origin - (NAFTA) for Commercial Importations of less than $1,600.00 CDN.
- Exporters Statement of Origin for General Preferential Tariff and Least Developed Country Tariff.
- Déclaration d'origine de l'exportateur pour Tarif de Préférence Général et Tarif des Pays les Moins Développés.
- Customs Clearance Authority - One time authorization for customs clearance.
If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader please proceed to step 1 below for assistance in acquiring your free copy.
If you already have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer simply go to step 2 and select the desired form for viewing.
Step 1 - Get Acrobat:
There is a variety of ways to get your copy of Acrobat Reader....
- The quickest way is to go directly to the Adobe Systems Incorporated web site and download your free copy. Once you have downloaded it, follow the installation instructions that come with the program and then return here to get your form; or
- If you have a slow modem connection and do not mind a bit of a wait you can order your free copy from Glover Customs Brokers. Simply send us an email making sure to include your full mailing address and we will mail you Acrobat Reader on CD ROM (sorry, no floppies).
